The Alignment Experience Retreats & Live Online Events

1. Scope & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all retreats, live online events, and programs organized under "The Alignment Experience," particularly the weeklong retreats and the Live Online Alignment Experience. By booking a retreat or event, you accept these terms in full.
2. Booking & Payment
- A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of your booking confirmation.
- Payment options include a one-time full payment or three monthly installments.
- For bookings within 6 weeks of the start date, the full amount is payable immediately.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted in writing (email sufficient).
In general, the following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 3 months before the retreat or event: 30% of the total price is due.
89 to 61 days before the retreat or event: 50% of the total price is due.
60 to 31 days before the retreat or event: 75% of the total price is due.
30 days or less before the retreat or event or no-show: 100% of the total price is due.
Each case will be reviewed individually by The Alignment Experience Team. In justified situations (e.g., illness with medical certificate), we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, a transfer to another event, or credit towards future events. There is no automatic right to a refund.
For Live Online Events: The same principle applies. In general, your booking is transferable to another date. In justified cases, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for in-person retreats.
4. Changes & Cancellation by Organizer
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the program, location, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. If the retreat or event must be canceled by us (e.g., due to insufficient participants, illness, force majeure), all payments made will be refunded. No further claims will be accepted.
5. Health & Participation
Participation is at your own risk. You confirm that you are physically and mentally healthy enough to take part. The retreat or event is not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or psychiatric treatment. You are responsible for informing the team in advance of any relevant health conditions.
6. Liability
iChange Consulting GmbH and The Alignment Experience Team accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the retreat or event, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
7. Data Protection (Privacy Policy)
We collect and process your personal data (name, contact details, etc.) exclusively for the organization of the retreat or event. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. You can request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
8. Copyright & Recordings
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat. These may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media). If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform us in writing before the retreat.
For Live Online Events: The two live Zoom sessions are not fully recorded. Selected short segments may be recorded for internal quality purposes but are not intended for participant use.
9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

All content provided through The Alignment Experience website, emails, or social media (including text, images, videos) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
By accessing our content, you agree not to misuse or distribute it unlawfully. Any violations may result in legal consequences.
